Blood Pressure...

Did you use capsules and you BP stayed at 160/95 before you switched to water and then your BP dropped to 120/80 in a day?
About yes. Was a while since I used the capsules, it dropped my blood pressure a bit. I alsi think it's probably the dosage.

But I found a way to manage my blood pressure, natural way.

Also I was awake since 2am and had 3 cups of coffee. Coffee does increase my blood pressure as it was 147/90.

The whole week I was drinking tea. So I need to manage my coffee in take.

Like I said it differs from person to person.

125/81 and 86bpm

Which make of cayenne pepper do you guys use?

I found that the PnP brand is for wussies, as it is not strong. Want to finish it so I can switch over to Robertson's.

The Robertson's brand, on the other hand... it burns

Had a rather bad experience after they drew blood last year
Gave the nurse a bit of a fright.

Remember to take an accurate BP - attached the BP cuff and then relax, once you're at a relaxed state, THEN do the BP.
That's honestly the best and most accurate BP.
You can't go for a run and be all active and then do a BP... Won't be the accurate BP.

107/72 and 82 bpm. Don't know why my heart rate is so high.

Mine's also high. After a good night's sleep I'm happy if it's below 70bpm...

edit : atm it is 120/80 and 80bpm

Hopefully the excercise I'm starting will help with my bpm rate...

Kewl, my heart rate this morning is 59bpm. So happy with it.

Thanks, interesting thing about the foods. I have just cut out coffee about totally out and salt and it already there is a huge improvement. Also been using brown sugar instead of white sugar.

My vino, well if I can keep my BP between borderline & low normal I can still enjoy my vino nightly :D, phew. So far it's been good. Still can't believe what impact foods have on out bodies.

OT
Speaking about foods, a colleague of the missus son has ADHD and she got a book on what foods he can eat and not eat. It describes how much crap are in our foods. Like Snow Flake's, their moto "To Fresh Too Flop", the reason being is all the chemicals in it so that your product just won't flop. There are several more other stuff in it.

End off the month going to Fruit & Veg and will just get some fresh veggies.

116/79 & 45bpm had my cayenne mjx about 30 min ago.

I'm using Robertson brand. Burns a little luckily I like spicy food, so no problem for me.

Start off with half a teaspoon of pepper in a glass of water, and work up from there.

I found that having less water (1/8th of a glass) I can drink it quicker and not have much of a burning mouth afterwards... :o
