It's known as white coat syndrome.Good morning guys I'm on leave now when I return to work I must go for a full medical check up. I'm struggling with blood pressure and heart rate. When I'm home or I go to a doctor my blood pressure and heart rate are normal, sometimes bit high. I'm on blood pressure medication and drinking lukewarm water with cayanne pepper. Been checking my blood press is alright normal 126/80.
But I know when I'm going for medical check up on the 24 July my heart will start to beat fast, that is when my blood pressure will start to rinse. I have tried to relax it's not helping maybe anyone has tips what can I do to prevent that.
Yesterday I ate pap, cabbage and wors later I had spare ribs pizza. Don't know if could be the cause.
Had it for 30 years...not a problem. 180 at Cardio , 130 daily, 140 pre op at 3 ops this year. It's known as white coat syndrome.

There is a reason why your BP goes up or down. Your body does that to adjust to it's needs. If you have a very high BP then your body is merely adjusting to some organ not working properly such as the kidneys or the liver.
Taking medication will hamper the normal function of the body. The cause of it needs to be addressed not taking pills.
