Well, I'm struggling... Linked my Uafrica profile to my BOB account. Listed an item and I get this error message:

Shipping

There seems to have been a problem getting the shipping details.
Error: Not Found

Some feedback not requested by anyone. I didn't find the process that easy. UAfrica's website is not that easy to use and the whole process was a pain. It left me wondering whether or not I am starting to become one of those "old technologically challenged" people.

Anyway, one of the buyers complained to BOB about not being to order based on the above shipping error and one of their agents phoned me and said they will sort it out. Didn't receive feedback but a few days later a buyer managed to make a purchase.

For me, reading all the FAQS and watching the YouTube videos enabled me to make this thing work.

I've had to phone the call centre on two occasions and I must say that their support is rather good.
