yea that was me , mentioning that no idea if the words i chose is best
it is when they build one wall from profile to profile and then put half bricks on sand which they remove later
and you have this shape that they join the next wall into
they often also leave holes for interior walls the same way ie every second row they put a half brick or brick in with sand remove it and tie in the interior wall tommorow or whenever they get to it
the correct way is to end in a stair fashion to carry on later
if you don't see it happening you won't know it happened ie how will a building inspector know if the joining wall has been added already i see them all over building sites from small builders to multi million rand homes regularly
building a corner means extra profiles and slows things down so many don't do it the correct/best practice way
