Buying hardware online

They are a new company, as far as I know. But Libertas PC has also pm'd me and the prices are epic. They go out of their way to help people and it's one company I will vouch for. I'm sure they won't let you down! Just give them a chance.
 
I think I'll go with them, but its a lot of money (for me, lol) and I just want to make sure it's a trustworthy company. They look solid though.

Have you actually bought from them?

No I have not, unfortunately I was just about to buy from them when a lot of things went wrong for me. But I will still buy these items from them as soon as I do get the time and money to do so. So I have made up my mind about buying from them. Hope someone who has actually bought from them can give you some better input.

Hi tooone7,

Only found this thread now, but I did email you the quotation as requested earlier today.

The server problem that you came across was actually for a quick upgrade to the hosting servers by our hosting company. (That's the 0.1% of the 99.9% uptime unfortunately.)

If you look at the end of the email in the signature bit, I suppose your question is answered there as well with regards to the items:

"*Please be advised that we are in the process of switching to a newer, better website and items will need to be reloaded from the 2nd of May 2011. The website will be available with a minimal amount of items available and an expected completion date is the end of June 2011. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during this period, but we are still operational and are available to obtain most items on the market and will work with emailed quotations on items not on the website. Please feel free to contact us for more information."

Lastly we are an extremely new company and currently we don't have a mindset of profit, but rather the best items at wholesale prices and helping wherever possible. All of us involved have had our ups and down with online shopping and have taken all that into account and worked that into our business idea.

I do hope this helps explaining things a bit better.
