Thanks for that...

I have a DSL line with Cybersmart, been down since around 6pm last night and a data bundle with Vodacom which is running but with little or no throughput resulting in timeouts, disconnections etc etc

I'm in Norwood, Johannesburg...

Yep Primrose Hill. DOWN... Have now switched to MTN... Hope they get this orted out quick as my whole business is internet based.

Telkom technician came past my house and was able to connect using his laptop and modem on my "faulty" line.

That would suggest my router is faulty as my ISP already claims everything is fine their side..

Internet Solutions Rosebank and Bryanston diginet lines down. Winet still running fine for now.

Damn, someone is going to pay!! The damaged 144 fibre optic cannot be spliced and repaired, it must be replaced - probably 200m length. Plus loss of revenue, etc...

Thanks

After I re installed 3 browsers, lost all my passwords, tried 8 proxies...
Atleast one works...
