Hi Guys.

I recently moved from Durban to Benoni. Theres no Telkom infrastructure here and I need internet.
I have a Pace router 921VNX that has a port for a dongle. I was thinking of getting data on the dongle then plugging it to the router.

Is it possible to plug in a dongle and use the wifi off the router to connect my laptop and phone?

Also...is there any solutions for fax besides fax to email? its outdated yes but Government still works with it.
VOIP requires a dish to be installed and I am not allowed to make additions to the unit i'm renting

As far as i see yes Just make sure the 3G dongle supports the modem.

Fax will not work over 3g lte wcdma you will need a fixed line.

You used to be able to receive faxes into your mobile 'mailbox' and then forward or download.

Also, search for mail to fax providers. Basically scan, then send doc to special email and it faxes it out. Failing all this get acquainted with your local Post net. ...

If you have a decent mobile signal then you can use it for VOIP. I'm assuming the dish is for some sort of wireless Internet connection? As for fax, most VOIP providers will also do Faxover IP.
