The standard of matric mathematics exams may have fallen in recent years, but that does not means the test are easy. Take this quiz to see if you can pass matric mathematics.

Not for us but there are others whose "real world" still involves applying these equations. Still makes my head hurt.

Well, I passed I guess. Not surprised at that average though, more work than expected for a MyBB quiz.

Pretty much, most of us have work to do during the day

I took a look at the first 2 questions. Seems easy enough. It just doesn't come as quickly as it did in school. So I rate I could easily pass but it would just take me a lot longer than it did when I was at school and seeing these types of questions everyday

"Real" mathematics is done to teach you the ability to reason and to develop the neural pathways to solve complex problems.

It has nothing to do with the contents

Missed the formula sheet by mistake...and I was too lazy to actually work everything out from first principles, so estimated for some...got 65% or so.

I passed Matric and Varsity maths.
