I thank all gangsters killing other gangsters, they do humanity a service. If they continue then only the last man standing needs to be taken. I will volunteer then.

So, to paraphrase you, then... You're advocating for a person to be assaulted, raped (or worse), with no availability of post-exposure prophylaxis within the first 12 hours (which are absolutely critical in preventing seroconversion), whilst awaiting a court date for a crime that he has yet to be convicted of, and of which you know only as many facts as anyone reading this thread - i.e. published on open-access news sites.

Wow. I'd like to point out that you are so vehemently angry over an incident in which you are only a casual observer. Please don't take that personally - I think it speaks to the "meta" state-of-mind in this country.

Call me a pariah, but I don't believe that rape is a reasonable consequence for any action in our country - and the sooner we can extricate ourselves from that mindset, the better. It's just an opinion - try not to crucify.

Also Im not sure if you realise this or not but the people in prison dont care for the law or put much value in what is right and wrong.

It's been happening for years already. Many boys awaiting trial is deliberately thrown to the wolves or between hardened criminals for services or monetary value or sometimes just for revenge for what happened in the past. The cops just turn their back and/or depart so they cannot hear the screams. Later they claim innocence or that nothing happened. ;)
