The problem is those roads are so far from one another, that you can't really see whats comming down the side, there are 2 bus lanes, an median, and a bus station in the way.

They said 2 AM in the morning, so yes, but still, Polo should have said "sorry" for almost causing an accident, and the driven off and go home.

But road rage got the better of all 4 of them, and they were all wrong here.

But the media makes it a innocent black vs 3 white DA loving thugs.
 
These guys need to be found... honestly! I don't care if you black or white - you do this to another person - UNACCEPTABLE!!! But you know what... #Karma !!!

Well not entirely Terence, to me those okes in the ****ty golf had a lot to say to this dude no doubt. They purposefully stopped in front of him, then almost tried to reverse into him when we went round the back.
They wanted a piece of him without doubt. Unnecessary in the extreme.

Then he gets round and more words exchanged no doubt, by both vehicles.
Here the footage is clipped.
But One guy runs and kicks or attempts to kick his car.
This is probably where he lost it completely and stopped to get out.

3 okes charge at you, I would also go grabbing for an equalizer.

I'm sorry, I cannot agree with this behavior. That ****ty golf should have just had their say and carried on straight. At no point anywhere did this warrant them escalating the situation.

This just shows your part of the problem dude, no good can come from road rage, plus no matter how you look at this, BOTH PARTIES WERE WRONG, there is no blame to shift here, we should call them all what they are...

How am I part of the problem, I have stated repeatably this is all wrong, and that both cars should have gone on their own merry way. It was not even a close call by a long shot.
It was wrong for them to stop, either of them.

On to my next question:

Now that there is proof POLO broke the law [jumped a right light], should he be written a fine ?

Golf can also be given a fine for driving on the wrong side of the road there towards the end.

I think its R500 for disobeying a traffic signal and R1000-2000 for driving on the wrong side of the road.
Both should get fines.

Would love to see them 'try' and explain themselves. Good luck, I think it will be a difficult justification to make.

I am sure if they know which direction that car drove off they can pull other cam footage to identify the reg.

I don't think he can claim he was entirely innocent in this for a start. What did he stop for? What was he trying to get out of his boot?

Then to go on to accuse the city of CT of racist policing? Watching too much CSI I think.
