CCTV Network Issues

Hi All.

I am trying to set up a CCTV DVR to connect to the internet. On the modem/router I have set up port forwarding:

Port 85
Port 554
Port 8000
Port 443

Problem is on the DVR I am trying to setup is not user friendly like my HikVision DVR. On this DVR I have the following options;

Media Port, Http Port and Mobile port. Which of the following above to I allocate to the list mentioned now?

On mY HikVision it is:

Server = 8000
Http = 85
RTSP = 554

Please help.

Also received destination host unreachable error while ping the port number from my computer.

Do you have any screenshot of the port forwarding user interface?

Which is the model number of the DVR you are trying to set up port forwarding?

I have copied my port settings from my router settings (that work great on my cctv), to the router I am setting up. I have tried googling the DVR make to get a manual but can't find anything.

I have attached the screenshot of the DVR Network Settings, and a pic of the DVR.

Did you test these services/ports from a PC on the LAN to confirm that it works? If it is a port forwarding issue can you share a screenshot of the port forwarding rules you've made on the router?

Note that you cannot setup the same ports on both devices. Meaning that you need to configure unique ports for each device.

The new device you are trying to setup is basically a rebranded Dahua dvr (by the looks of it).

Send a screenshot of your port forwarding config if you do not come right.
