Cell C can't receive calls

Hey!

I have a problem with a Cell C number, I cannot receive calls at all. It doesn't seem to be the device because I tried the sim card in another device, also doesn't receive calls. I have also tried a different SIM in my device, and that allows calls in, so it must be my SIM. Has anyone else out there experienced this? I have tried a SIM swap so far and Cell C couldn't assist me further :wtf: .

You all should abandon the sinking ship. After more than 10 years we moves all our contracts a month ago, to Telkom of all places.
Now I suddenly have perfect call reception and better I can actually use my data on the phone as I have LTE great signal everywhere.
Granted I have not left the city yet, but with Cell C I never used the monthly data, as it just never worked or was to slow, in the city.

OOh and I know there is certain numbers, think something like 086 that you cannot dial from cell C, or at least with your free minutes

Best to take the SIM (with your ID) to a Cell C shop if near to one, for them to sort out.

Hopefully a SIM swap will sort it out.
