Please note that you are on the Home Connecta Flexi Plan. You need to purchase HCF voice bundles in order to be able to make phone calls.

Cant make or receive calls on Cell C. Back and forth with call centre 3rd day no fix. Tried settings they gave and also sms but nothing working. 0712442119

Tried it, not working. Message from other phone says Conditional divert enabled. I did not activate anything.

Hi, We need to determine if the SIM card is fully functional, if possible test the SIM card in a different device by making and receiving calls.

Hi tried this did not work. I did put another sim in the device which worked. So its not the device. Funny thing is the sms and mobile data works on the sim that wont call or receive calls.

Now its showing no connection emergency calls only. Was still showing connection earlier. Getting really worried now.

The reason im worried i received a sms from your escalation department 3031-400273 but addressed to a Miss Danielle Manuel, which is not me. I immediatly called contact centre who informed me it was send in error. But im worried that cell c gave this no to someone else after porting. Iv had this no since 2011.

Just received another case no 3031-502202. Did not lodge another case:( Just want it fixed.
 
Was out of area I work and live in. Everything worked fine. Meaning theirs a problem in my area 4 Days and counting. Which means im paying for a contract of which I can only use mobile data, although Minutes are included. How does this work now? As this is contract breach from Cell C. Suddenly no network to call or receive calls???? Still no call from technical department????

Do you get the same error message "emergency calls only" if you insert the SIM card in a different device?
