Cell C contract migration.

Hello,

Don't know how to start this, but I'm going to dive straight into my issue. I currently have a data contract with Cell C( 40gb for R302, it was R299 but due to VAT increase) where I have a LTE sim and they gave me a ZTE router and it's a 24 month contract, where I still have 13 months remaining ( took it out last September), I want to migrate to a new plan with Cell C they currently have 100gb for R469 LTE-A data. My question is do I have to pay a contract cancellation fee for the old contract?

Remember it's fixed LTE, so double check coverage.

You can also get these fixed LTE deals from ISPs like MWEB and a few others, they cost slightly more because they are month-to-month.

Thank you for contacting Cell C.

It is possible to migrate your package during the course of the contract. However, you cannot migrate to a package that is on promotion. Promotional packages are available for new lines and upgrades only.
