Cell C deactived my sim card

Please note that my details and the number in question are all in the emails I sent during the previous two weeks to [email protected]. Also you can use the references I provided, they have all my information and the grief I’m going through of not receiving OTPs.

I have done literally everything I was advised to do by CellC. Today, 1 month later, with my number still deactivated without my consent, I have come to a realisation that CellC does not have the technical skills to deal with such issues. As drained as I am doing the SIM swaps (twice this month) and what I have been through with notifying all the service providers that still insist on authenticating me using my deactivated number, I concluded that CellC does not have the necessary technical expertise.
