Not sure if my problem is the same, but overall I'm just having a horrible experience. Like tonight the internet is practically useless, and so is Axxess support. I'm on the verge of visiting Cell C tomorrow and taking their 200GB LTE offer instead. I have full reception, on both Axxess and Cell C's maps, plus my cellphone reaches 100 Mbps on the Cell C network, but this Fixed LTE is horrible.I'm getting heavy packet loss and DNS issues every evening from about 6pm to 7pm, usually a reboot of the router fixes it, but last night was particularly bad as it lasted for a few hours.
My signal strength remains constant throughout so it looks to be a backend issue from the tower. The transfer speeds when it does finally resolve a DNS (after repeated attempts) are also constant with my normal speeds. I fall well inside the coverage area on both the Axxess and Cell C websites coverage map.
I've removed all devices from the router and tried one device at a time to try to eliminate the issue. Also tried changing the DNS to google's DNS and OpenDNS.
Using the Huawei B618s with the lte.broadband.is APN, wifi is also disabled.
Anyone else having a similar issue? Any suggestions to try to resolve?

And like clockwork (a somewhat broken clock though), internet has gone to crap, started about fifteen minutes ago.
This is similar to last night, everything is timing out.
Mine is doing the exact same thing. Connectivity goes terrible from after 6pm. Started yesterday. The entire connection seems to drop and go on.
Only signed up since Wednesday.

The time outs now seem random, I visit a site, it times out, I reload after a minute, it works perfectly, visit the same site 5 minutes later, times out again.
Same here, cannot do any speed tests with both Speed Test apps, they time out.
Whats weird is that the connection is great through the entire day but from 6pm it gets really bad (unusable).
I really hope Cell C resolves this. Otherwise I will have to cancel as I did with Rain.

Cant even do a speedtest.
Speedtest.net shows some weird locations when i try a speed test during these timing out periods. It shows my nearest server as joburg, whereas when the internet is working fine, it correctly shows me my nearest servers. And when I click GO on the speedtest it pauses on connecting for a few seconds then returns back to the main page.

There are other LTE options directly from Cell C, they are a bit more expensive but they dont make use of the lte.broadband.is APN so I assume their routing would be better.
