Oakdene, JHB south. iPhone 6s on 3G. Still waiting for them to upgrade this tower to LTE.

They finally upgraded my tower to LTE this week...

Try telling cell c that and in return they will say they busy doing network upgrades.

Mine's very slow as well today. Strangely my speedtest says 6.5Mb/s. Weird.

First time I've had issues in 3 years, so can't really complain. It's a hoot compared to my experiences with MTN/Vodacom anyway.

You're right! Just had a technician "explain" that 0.12Mbs is acceptable 3G speed in this area. He said it will be upgraded some time although it could take anything from a few months to a year, or longer.

They shouldn't show it's available (on their map) when it's not. 6 months prepaid down the drain!
