3G Speeds in Ballito going down down down

Guys have any of you noticed the speeds in ballito have gone really bad in the last week.
I use to get 12mbps-8mbps then it went it down to 5-3mbps. Thats understadable more users joined the network.

I'm not being picky but now I can't get more then 2mbps- 1mbps any time of the day, signal is strong 74dBm.

The upload is faster then the download.

Sorry to bother, you don't happen to have any rollout map (Eg. like the EL one ) for the extension of Port Elizabeth. I've tried to find it but maybe I'm just clueless and looking in the wrong place
I can't wait for Cell C to arrive in my area !!

Ok, this is starting to suck.
I emailed the "tech support" as Cell_C asked me too but it's been a week and i haven't heard from them.
At the moment my RSSI is -93dBm and i'm supposibly in a "covered" area.

The connectivity is very much OP EN AF.

Im getting a little worried, I'm in Kloof, DBN and have the 7.2mbps stick. My downloads have gone from 3.2 to 3.0 to 2.5, to 2.0, to 1.5 and now im barely getting 1mbps! At this rate it will be unusable in a few weeks!
