It would appear CellC have updated their website. This page refers: http://www.cellc.co.za/services/blackberry-services .

Now see, this is where the issues creep in. *147# is not available, the call center knows not what I speak of. How much is BIS as an add on to a contract? Can anyone here help? Also, is the service active: if I call 084 145, could I order my blackberry and be active, or will I be paying for BIS with no service? Cell C makes grand statements to communicate with their customers in innovative ways... right now a homing pigeon would be more apt.

I realize there is another thread, though now that Cell C has it on their home page I thought we could migrate to a more this-is-really-happening thread.

Vague, to say the least:

Me: http://www.cmobile.co.za/services/blackberry-services

*147# is unavailable. The call center have no idea what I'm talking about, how much rond is the BIS service?

FB User I have just tried the *147# and the BB option is there and it says please insert your sim into a BB and follow instructions. Then tried it again for interest sake and now says result unknown!!!!!!!

Me: Haha! I'm sorry, that has got to be within the top 5 of worst outlook ever on a new service. The company themselves don't know how much it will cost per month as an add on. Ludicrous.
