Bad customer service

I have been patient with Cell C for quite sometime now the story is quite long. CellC is just a bad company, at first I thought I had a misunderstanding with one of their consultants when I said I wanted the contract to be canceled after paying up my shop faulty phone. The contract kept on active without my knowledge years later I was blacklisted.

2024 May I requested for payup and I was transferred to CSS attorneys where I paid they did not waste anytime and gave my my proof of payment they then advised me to also request proof of paying up the debts from Cellc. I called cellc and I was given a reference number and told to wait for 48hrs to get what I needed this was at the beginning of May until this day 29 June, when I call cellc they keep on telling me to wait for 48hrs I don’t understand what could be the problem at this point

This company is just so bad

How do you know the persons surname with what they posted? :unsure:

Also, why do they give the users full name? They should refer to their customer by their MyBB username or talk to them via DM.

I would really blow up if they did this to me. Does POPIA not protect the customers identity?
