Ceo Adsl Line Down

I am sure papi got 3 gig cap as well, I doubt he gets even close to that anyway, hence the reason we won't see anything more ...

in fact, I suspect that his line has never been installed, it just took him probably few years to realise that he isn't connected, hence the reason his 3 gigs are always more than enough :D

I wonder if he pays for it or if he gets it 'on the company'. Yes i know thats a stupid question, just want to point out that, as a shareholder (my less than 2 shares that is), i object to paying for papi's line....if indeed it is on the company.

Hi GangStarr

A belated welcome to the MyADSL forums, hope you will enjoy your stay in here.

It will be nice to hear some insider information about what's going on where...

Besides, I think Papi's call will be escalated accordingly...

Regards

TU

UPDATE: his line is up and working beautifully.
DOWNTIME: erm.... u guys dont want to know.

I can't say that I have a major issue with Telkom employee's (except the call centre staff). I was speaking to the technician in my area again this morning and he actually admitted he felt sorry for me and the other residence as he knows that nobody is working on our installations. There are now about 150 applications waiting for a "project" to be finished and the earliest we can expect anything is supposedly november. Yay.

(except the call centre staff)? not very nice. Not every1 is an idiot there. just depends on who you speak to

ha ha... what eva
i treat him like anyother client (he just gets his line up in a few hours) :(

Call centre people get the short end of the stick in a sense cause they can only troubleshoot so much to try and find the problem. If the person is not silly, problem is already logged, problem is a general outage etc there is little they can do for you except talk and listen. And no, they don't 'fix' the line either.

I've never had a problem with Telkom's call centre staff. I have always found them to be perfectly polite, helpful and competant.

Management and supervisors, on the other hand, have persistently lied to me and treated me very badly, once even having me physically removed from a Telkom 'customer care' shop.

Interesting that management in Telkom likes to blame their call-centre staff for a lot of Telkom's problems. It's all part of a strategy for management to hide behind their poor low-level employees. It's really disgusting IMO.

Well it seems those 'low-level employees' now have a chance to give their opinions or perceptions of Telkom. (See entrant 52)
