Cheap Dual Sim Android

Hey guys

I am looking for a cheap dual sim android device to use as a hotspot and spare phone for calls. I have been looking at a Vodacom Kicka but ofcourse it is not dual sim and is on Android Kitkat.

I have a data contract sim that will be expiring in the next 6 months but the call rates are too high. Therefore I wanna use a prepaid sim in the spare to buy cheap data and make calls for cheaper.

Any deals you guys know of or better solutions?
