Dual SIM Adapter

I have seen advertisements for dual-SIM adapters when I searched for info on a S3 Mini model with dual-SIM capability, like the Galaxy Duos.

Anyone here with experience or knowledge of this, perhaps?

I'm not sure how they work, but I've seen cases for certain phones (again, forgotten which) that have dual-sim capability with a switch at the back... maybe try searching for cases rather than adapters and hopefully that'll bare some more fruit.
