Cheaper VPS than $3.50

I am looking for a couple of VPS for a project. The cheapest I found is Amazon Lightsail at $3.50. Do you know of any cheaper?

Do you want a free VPS? - Always free - from Oracle

You might like something like Caprover, Dokku or CasaOS - Docker based again but something to look at if/when you feel like it. I definitely will check it out. Cent OS feel slow to me compared to the Ubuntu image on the same hardware.
