Chilli sauce reviews

Some other guests on Hot Ones seem to tolerate the heat a bit better than he did.

I wonder if a chef or cook has a more sensitive taste palate whether that makes them more susceptible to spiciness and heat as well...

Alton Brown absolutely crushed it. I think Ramsay just isn't used to spicy food - I almost never see him make anything hot or spicy. It's usually a scallop or a risotto, Beef Wellington, something like that.

Should try these guys https://peppadogs.com/shop/. Best local selection I have found by far. I got a 100% germ rate even my super hots in 2 weeks straight into eazy plugs in a humidity dome. Never got that before. Huge range and they tend to slip in a few extra seeds too.

One of the trays, 64 seedlings in total all with 100% percent germ rate across the board.

This one of the hotter trays minus the Poblano's which are killer when stuffed on the braai.

Reaper, Ghost, Poblano, Lemon starburst, Moruga Scorpions.

Peri-peri's on a mission with random seedlings that will eventually be companions:

This year am running a rested two year old no till soil for 6 selected to stay in a spare tent the rest will go outside and others to neighbours and friends. Cover crop cut back, layered some alfalfa while I prep with microbes and AACT weekly for when the are old enough to be transplanted.

Nice I must check some of my old seeds did not germ, so tossed them so will get new stock.

So far that has germinated:

Hallows Eve,
Rajah,
Apoc Scorpion,
Jigsaw Fatali,
Bhut x Nagabrain,
Orange Hab,
Chi Chien.

I don't grow organic I mostly use synthetic nutrients so I'll do fertigated feeding using hydroponic coco nutrients.

Dafuq is this? You're selling a product without actual photo's of the product. I don't want to see a damn logo. I'd honestly just think this was another scam site if I stumbled upon it looking for hot sauces.

Last year I tried growing chilies from seeds, but not one sprouted. This year i got a propagator with a heating pad and some seeds. 2 have already sprouted. Hopefully, I can get this batch to grow. This is the kit I ordered.

And make some sauce!!

Not much of a hot sauce connoisseur but I do love a good chipotle since being in the states.

Tried the Woolworths Chipotle and it's decent. I wouldn't say it's a proper Chipotle, at least not per my experience with the ones in the states, but it's tasty.

I see Sriracha hot sauce is very popular now.

Never had it but saw a few brands on the shelf when I looked for tabasco and saw some South Africans entering the Tabasco comp using Sriracha sauce. Bought the PnP extra hot one and it's pretty tasty.

I used to go all fancy with the chilly sauces, now days a bottle of tobasco lasts me a month or less if I use it for cooking.

Going to try Sriracha as my cooking sauce.

Here is how simple it is to make:

Are you having a laugh with that website? No product pictures, no ingredients listed, you don't even mention the peppers used in each sauce.

The Woolworths Habanero Peri Peri, Peri sauce is perfect to me in terms of heat level and flavour.

Maybe it's a bot that tries to get us to buy from them every few months. On carbonite you would need a reseller subscription to shill your website like that

I like this one, I don't quite like the taste of their Habanero one
