The difference is that proper doctors spent years studying properly relevant material, finished stints in hospitals, lots specialized into a certain subcategory and all of them need to document what it is they are doing and why. You can prove what they did helped or failed and you can repeat it with anyone who is similar.Thats because its unheard of... go on, find a few examples to prove this point? I havent found any, especially in recent years.
Spinal subluxation treatment via adjustments can be good for people, is good for people. You cant actually deny this. Maybe as mentioned above, you are against some other things they may have been known to do, but in 99% of the cases subluxation applies and chiro helps with this.
I mean if we were to go on about quack psuedo science... why do Medical doctors kill more people than any other similar field? Oh yes, lets ply with foreign chemicals and hope to kill off the problem.. Yes lets compare this to something that treats the body without medicine and claim that profession is the bad one. It has its place, as with medical doctors, but dont be so ignorant as to think that 'True' doctors are innocent from misdiagnosis, incorrect treatment and unnecessary deaths of their patients, every year.
A chiropractor doesn't really document, takes best guesses on what the problem is and there is no proof that what they do actually helps. There are more cases of them actually making the problem worse/causing an actual problem.
