I think no one could be bothered with the process, imagine running back to the installer after you were quoted R20k to do the sign off, it would be embarrassing, if you go down that route you should at least know you have a friend who knows a friend.

Just because naïve suckers fall for CoCT word salad does not make me wrong. I stated it to be a registration fee because that is what solaradvice states it as being. And I tried to correct it by stating it to be a "insert your CoCt word here" fee when installing your system. You are the one getting it wrong, it was proven that its name is not "registration fee" but it is still a fee upon installation that is required for registration. Stop being a dumbass.

It sounds like it's just admin that you can do yourself, or you could try demanding someone else do the work for it for free like a good socialist?

But fyi dude,I don't live in CT and have no intention of rummaging through the internet seeing if you are right or wrong. As I mentioned, I read the replies from others which proved you wrong and then had a dig and a chuckle at your 'everything and everyone is a socialist' rants. It's funny.
