So we finally got a decent ISP in Rustenburg called Connec Wireless. I thought id post a speedtest.
Packet loss to SA servers (csgo) are mostly 0%. But packet loss to European servers (Valorant) jumps occasionally to 10%.
Ping to European servers are around 170-190ms and ping to SA servers are between 5 and 30ms.

I'm overall very happy with the service after having ADSL for 2 years and Rain LTE that always slows down for a few months.
This is finally something decent.

I'm glad to hear they're going great for you!
I had to unfortunately cancel mine a few days after initial setup (huge hit on cancellation fees and whatnot) as speeds were on the average of 2-4mbps with periods frequently settling in 0.04mbps range and there was this awful hiccup it did often that made pages spit out dropped connections and invalid cert errors. Staff and help were extremely pleasant to work with and always replied swiftly to try and help, but in the end their reasoning for the reduced speed was rubbish and untrue. I hope that doesn't happen to you for the foreseeable future.
I had to move over to Afrihost's LTE offering and while I'm not the biggest fan of caps, it's reliable and fast as hell and that's all I care about at this point.

What's the tie in between Connect Wireless and Web Squad Connect? OP's speedtest shows the ISP as being Web Squad Connect.

It's a partnership with Web Squad for the wireless service, they're the backend essentially.

Yeah wholesale division supplies Internet breakout for their network. Connec are an independent ISP though, and operate their own network in the North West (Rustenburg and surrounds).

Still performing very well. I've only been "throttled" once. They have some leaky bucket algo that cuts speed in half if you use your connection at full speed for extended periods of time. (I was downloading 10GB of CSGO and another ~10GB for Fall guys, Human Fall Flat, and updating my library), but after that download speed returned to normal after waiting about half an hour without downloading heavily. Packet loss on international servers (London, Paris) for gaming still isn't great with jumps upwards of 30%. Also I can watch 1080P youtube & stream high quality netflix at the same time. Twitch for some reason cant stream 1080p, but ive heard even my friend with 100mbps fibre buffers on twitch. Overall the experience is much better than other available services in my area.

ah, thank you for the update! That's good to hear it's going great for you still, and yeah, I personally hate watching live Twitch especially if 1080p is the only option as the buffer optimisation is some of the worst I personally experienced even when I was on holidays overseas using a gigabit line hehe.
So far then, I was most likely an odd one out for Connec's services but if I keep hearing more good about them then I'll change my mind about the boycott.

Update on Connec: Downloads & Uploads are super fast (can stream 2x 1080P YouTube videos and high quality Netflix at the same time) No problem there. But over the last week, we've been seeing massive ping spikes and packet loss in online gaming (CSGO, Dota 2, Fall Guys etc, regular jumps to 400+ ping). I'm not sure if this is isolated to Connec's network, because my Rain and Vodacom are also experienceing some bad latency lately. According to Rain's support there is some "alarm" on the tower and I don't know what that means. Will contact Connec support soon to see if there are any issues on their network with regards to online gaming, specifically Steam games.

Also I've updated router firmware and set DNS to 1.1.1.1, which resulted in some slight improvements.
