Rain 5G value for money

If you don't care about upload speed/gaming, have good signal coverage and a clear l.o.s to the tower, Rain's 5G is superior value in my opinion.

Download speeds are insanely fast, however if you want to play competitive games where ping and packet loss are important (CSGO, Call of Duty, Valorant etc) , you should still take fibre if you can any day.

There are infrequent (~every 10 mins) ping spikes to over 100 on local servers, and packet loss hovers around 4% most of the time.

yes throttle it as everyone used it bypass shaping.
