Connected but no internet

Hi i am busy borrowing a Tp Link TL MR6400 rounter ,it's been working perfectly in Hillcrest KZn since about 10am but then it's been on connected but no internet, wifi signal shows 5 bars in my phone. I've unplugged from wall and taken sim in and out.

Is there anything else I can do or must I report it to them?

Hi I've received my rain 4G sim last week Tuesday and ever since it says connected without internet so I thought maybe it could be the router that I'm using it a Vodafone Mobile router 2B3E46 and surprisingly it has been taking my telkom sim 4G so I wonder what could be the problem please help

Reset the router to factory default settings, then make sure your APN is set to "rain", without any username/password.

Check apn settings and add apn:rain if it's not there
