Connecting poe & lab to UPS

Hi, not sure if this is the right place but thought I would try!
I am trying to connect our router to an ups and am having trouble getting it to work.

I have connected the lan and poe cables into the back of the ups, the ups is connected to the power and I have selected 9v for the router connection and 24v for the lan & poe connections. The switching mode power supply we were using says 24v so that’s why I chose it. But the Wi-Fi router’s (tenda) system light flashes and there is no Wi-Fi.

Should I try selecting the 48v option for the lab & poe? Could this possibly damage anything? I did. try the 12v selector on the ups for the router but it didn’t make a difference.

Is their an ONT and a Router or are we just talking about a router?

Sending pictures of the ports of the UPS and the devices you want to power is a good start.

There are quite a few different PoE standards. I would guess that your router is probably using 802.3af, which may not be compatible with your UPS.

What makes you think the Tenda has PoE if you’ve been using a power supply until now?

Most routers are 12V and you'll see that on the boiler plate.

Correct, never seen a UPS that is 802.3af.
