Fourways Crossing update: The DFA technicians are still on the break. The ETR will be amended from 19:30 as the DFA technicians are busy with cut-ins, they need to splice the correct backends.

I notice in the announcements that pineslopes has been "resolved" but we still don't have connection.

Nope. Fine here. Claremont.

Beginning to wonder if load shedding hasn't fried something in our area, or even just in our flat/complex. Was working fine and our connection just flatlined despite being connected. A reboot fixes it 99% of the time.

Will need to test tonight.

If nothing up on announcements then nothing we're aware of, so logging is the right thing to do, just an FYI I would advise you are testing with a cabled device when submitting a ticket. Because that is always the first point to check.

Am in Pineslopes. I was still down as of 10:20am. I received the following from my estate at 9:05am:
Good day Residents,

SADV has managed to locate and sort out the fibre break they are just getting the links up.

We hope to have the fibre fully restored by COB today.

We appreciate your patience in this regard
I buggered off and went somewhere else to get internet. I see there have been no other updates from the estate as of now, so I assume it’s still down.
 
Can either of the CI support chaps help me with an update on the state of my line speed upgrade? Logged it over the weekend (fair enough), but I've had no feedback whatsoever other than the standard automated one.

Sure, apologies there is a major backlog of regrades the team is working through.
