Fiber in jackal creek with Smart Village? Can cool ideas do it?

@PBCool you haven't answered my query...
Apologies I will investigate for you. The past few days with the MyBB conference has put me a bit behind, I'm going to work through the posts as best I can in the shortest time I can.

Smart village hasn't been opened as MTNs offering as yet :(

Nah. If you network works fine 99% of the time, but the one time it breaks and you need support, it takes almost a month to even give feedback, it annoys the hell out of me. It's the exact reason I moved away from AH on ADSL. Support and network performance need to be equal. No use your network works well, but your support is a couple of mongs.
Sorry have you had any issues where it's taken a month to resolve with us? The way the network is built is that everyone gets the same preference from a network perspective. If there is a line fault for a month it's been badly managed by all parties involved. I am here to assist if it's the case.

I am still referring to Shreez's post, and the above was a reply to someone saying it's OK if support is poor because your network is fine most of the time.

Taken out of context. I personally said, its better to have an excellent network with no support, than awesome 24x7 support and useless network. I did not say its ok if there is no support, I said its far better.

If I never got/picked up my normal router, do I get a discount :p

Unfortunately not, the router supplied is part of the service, if you cancel the service we take the router back and at the same time will swap it out at any time so long as it isn't a lightning damage scenario If you opt to upgrade on the router it is yours to own.

@PBCool, our area was setup with Fibrehoods, I see they got bought out by Vumatel, and you guys no longer have offerings for Fibrehoods, what package options do I have available now?

Fibrehoods is no longer it is now "Vumatel Aerial" packages are the same as Vumatel trenched basically.

Heres my experience so far.

1. Ordered 10/10 under SADV (CI ISP) on the 20/10/17

2. SADV phoned for install of ONT on friday 27/10/17 (Date of call 24/10/17)

3. SADV comes on site with wrong guy 24/10/17 as he didnt know hasnt been dropped. The box on the wall is Telkom apparently even though telkom not listed on estate. Apprently SADV hasnt been dropped into my apartment. Tech tells SADV do have a list of every apartment fibre has been dropped into. SADV coming at a later stage with drop. (Who knows when thats going to be now. ) Why drop into certain apartments and not every apartment?
