This is my download speeds on a 10mb fiber with IDM , Tested this now with downloading nvidia 1060 gpu drivers

We have switched upstreams for the day, but shouldn't have any impact on services.

When did you do this? There is definitely an impact on services. I can't e.g. play Deezer because of too much packet loss.

I think IS was having some general issues, which indicates the same on RAIN but looks stable since 13:50 or so.
