Yeah some NVidia servers have issues, the geforce site seems to use different servers and run at full speed for me.

Openserve is running fine for me in Bloemfontein. Will fire up Twitch after Masterchef's catch up episode on DSTV Now and report. But since last night, things have been excellent for me on Openserve.

My latency is 173ms instead of 149ms in World of Warcraft. Slightly annoying but seems stable.

Can someone please explain this to me? Twitch was perfect until exactly 8:16PM when all throughput just dies. Its not a gradual decline it just stops, like someone flipped a switch somewhere. This isn't the first day I've seen this behavior.

Once again my twitch is 100% tonight, its been online for around 3 hours now and not once have i had issues. all streams at 1080p, i have heard that you can now set low latency to twitch in the advanced section maybe try that and see if it helps
