Down in Fontainebleau too. Went down at around 4h20. Flashing blue light. Rebooted multiple times.

You didn't change you port to one of the specified ports on that web page?

It shows ports 5200 TCP to 5209 TCP.

So I chose the next server, but damn results are terrible:

So its better, but still not as good as to queen.cisp.co.za :(
But it looks like for me at least, things were definitely worse on the IS international inbound than HE.net
