I think there have been a cable break again, looks like we re-routing via the JHB backhaul again.

Is not cool. I gave an example of an iperf which gives a server. Saying download MTR without saying what MTR is, where to get it from or how to use it is not cool either, should be there.
Also, your docx should be a pdf, plus Windows 10 update would be nice, since there is no such thing as a control panel shortcut anymore in the start menu. I know how to dial a PPPoE connection, but it was already assumed that I know what an MTR is and how to perform it, why do I need a PPPoE guide? If I was a "noob" and needed that guide, that guide would be useless as it's not usabel on W10. Get the idea? Annoyed me a bit.

Plus my router is fine, I just changed the PPPoE details from my vox account like 2 days beforehand.

MFN is having issues again in centurion packetloss is even worse tonight then yesterday @ 8pm can't stream netflix/twitch and my online games are dropping like crazy. 40% Packetloss in CSGO on Local/Constant DC's on FFXIV EU.

This was with minimal traffic on the line. mostly uploads. so would seem as upload still performs fine its GPON congestion perhaps on the downlink...not good

hmm this is is strange and not an isp fault. though it may be router related.

router address is 192.168.1.1

ap has dns set as 192.168.1.1 as well
