Cool Ideas Fixed 5G/4G Feedback Thread

I'm trying to get 3 sim cards for freind and family members but they refuse to process my order. They said i need to have reselling account. My question is how many sim cards allow per user?
You can have 3 sim cards at 3 different locations and add them as support contacts. Are you being billed for all 3 services?
 
Guys stay away from this cool ideas, they are scams they will take your money and no delivery. I order 3 Routers on 27th January, till now nothing. I logged many tickets but they end up even deleted my ticket while the order supports to be on processed... very disappointed

Hi There, as per our PMs you wanted to signup on your family members behalf but under a business and didnt want to rica each sim card.

Again as per our discussion this was cleared up that we would allocate all the sims to you personally, originally you wanted 6x this is now 3x and the detail confirmed. The orders are being dispatched this morning.

Your post is unreasonable.

Update from the 3 sim cards, after servale call from customer service with my last cent, until now they no allocation, no dispatch or tracking number. I give up

HI there, normally our packages gets picked up after 5pm, which is why you would not have received any tracking info yet.
However can you share the #Cool ticket reference for me to check?
 
Guys stay away from coolideas customer service. Their internet connection is very good but these women from customer service seems like they don't know what they do. They will take your money then nothing, no data allocation , no communication, no delivery . They will keep on asking you same question 100x, Liar that they will deliver today, if you log in a ticket they will reply you whenever they feel like . I got a worst experience in the past with mweb but these ones win the first position. I'm very satisfied with your customer services 100/10. Thank you!!!
Again as mentioned, and you have been updated by the team today. If the units were shipped today you will receive them tomorrow.

Your alternative would be to collect them from the office but I believe it is quite a distance.

HI there, apologies for the delays. I see there were some changes to the delivery addresses(hence it did not go out yesterday), but our team confimed it will be shipped today (after 5pm) and should arrive within 24-48hours
 
Evening Team, the sim cards was allocate and i pay for all 6. But until now no tracking number or feedback from you guys, can you plz do a follow up
 
Update from the customer from hell: what i can say ngi happy with coolideas, everything works perfectly and even upgraded from previous ISP. what ever I'm curious why mtn doesn't appear on their map only vodacom
