Is the Cool Ideas uncapped 100mbps package any good?
Any problems with line connection?

Thanks.

Not sure of the price anymore but when I was looking Vox was cheaper but they have caps of 500 gig 1tb or 2tb. That's the only reason we took them.

Product Make-up Price Download Upload

Cooler 20/2 R799 20Mbps 2Mbps
Very Cool 20/20 R899 20Mbps 20Mbps
Super Cool 50/5 R999 50Mbps 5Mbps
Ultra Cool 50/50 R1,099 50Mbps 50Mbps
Sub Zero 100/10 R1,499 100Mbps 10Mbps
Sub Zero 100/100 R1,599 100Mbps 100Mbps

Vox 1tb cap 100/100Mbps R1099 is just cheaper so using that at my work.

How does this compare to say Cybersmart Lightspeed?

Well I like that you can make your line a 400mb/s downloading beast on Cybersmart but then I think the cap is 200gigs during the day and 1tb at night for R899. With no other options

200 gigs disappears fast at 400mb/s

Quite happy with CISP. I'm upgrading for a month or two at least.

MY backups to Amazon Glacier are going to fly. ;)

Currently we do not, but we are moving our local transit to IS so you will be able to use their services.

I wish you would add some in between packages.

100/10 then 100/100

Where is the 100/20, 100/50, 100/75

Line speeds are defined by the network operators unfortunately, if we get enough requests for the variable speeds we will request these from from the operator.

I've been saying for a while now that 10% upload for fibre is bad. Upload should be at least 25% of download.

Agreed, well I would think 50%.

Although I wouldn't use upload nearly as much as download, it seems silly to pay for 100mbps upload when I only really need 25 or 50
