I took a Macbook Air (mid 2012) into the Cavendish Store on Thursday evening. Up until now I have still not received a reference number or any communication from Core.
I called the call centre, was on hold for 11 minutes and was told that the “Manager” will contact the store, as they do not know where my Macbook Air is.
This Macbook Air was recalled by Apple a couple of months ago with regards to hard drive failure.
So the question here is, where is my machine
, I will now only purchase items from DigiCape.
