New Zealand's innings went to crap and you have to feel for Devon being run out. Was really hoping he'd have carried his bat through to top of an incredible debut.

It's good for the test match though. If NZ went any bigger, it would be game over already.

I think Root will be key again. With no Buttler, Bairstow or Stokes to come you get the sense that the English middle order is quite fragile. Get Root early and NZ will feel they're in prime position

Lol, second test on between England and NZ. Didn't even know! England won the toss and chose to bat. 67/0 after 28. Crucially, no Kane Williamson for NZ

England are 258/7 at stumps. NZ probably the happier team in the hut.
