Had a rather farcical situation during the second T20I between New Zealand and Bangladesh this evening.

When New Zealand's innings was prematurely terminated due to rain, the DLS calculation should have been this:

Instead, the calculation was made as if New Zealand had faced all 20 overs, which produces a very different result:

Needless to say, chaos and confusion reigned, to the point where the match had to be halted until things were sorted out...

Yeah it was. One more six or even a four and they would have won.
Though India did shell a few catches to keep Eng in the contest

I haven't been following the Windies for a while but enjoyed their series against SL. What is the consensus on Kraigg Braithwaite? Seems like an absolute rock, a real old fashioned test batsman. Average looks low but the kind of batsman that will make you work for his wicket?

I read that he wants to model his game on Shivnarine Chanderpaul (minus the unorthodox stance) and Shiv is one of my all-time favourite players. I loved watching him bat.

Bangladesh v Sri Lanka in a test today. Bangladesh hold the edge at the moment with 263/2 in the 80th over.

Supposing Boucher ends up getting axed, I think they should look at roping Imraan Khan into the Proteas setup as the next assistant coach.

He did really impressively with the Dolphins over the last two years. He basically inherited the same team which Grant Morgan did not really achieve anything spectacular and made it the best franchise in SA (with the exception of when the Lions had their Proteas available).

It's a pity that due to the CSA dramas, people haven't really taken notice of Khan's coaching success.
