4th and final test
India need just a draw to win the series.
India won the toss and elected to bat first
India 191/3 (43.4 ov)
Australia
Laxman (rhb) 30
Tendulkar (rhb) 58
Not a bad start by India
Mmm yeah not bad, just hope the indian middel oreder perform brilliantly again
Damn they are looking very good and the aussies a bit shaky after this tour... woot good news for Smith and the boys![]()
Pity they got Sehwag out, if he batted the whole day, it would be a draw at least.
Last bat V Sehwag b Krejza 66 (69b 9x4 1x6) SR: 95.65
Yeah he doesnt really hang around does he
Wonder what the test side will look like against aus
Hope we have some good back-up for Steyn and Morkel.
Ntini and Harris have been taking wickets.
Haven't been following our Bangladesh and Kenya matches at all really, so not sure how the others are doing.
Steyn is ok, morkel is still learning and I feel harris = fail most of the time
Wish they would give chabalalalalalalala(sp?) a chance, we need a leggy.
Yep, but not against the Aussies...
India on 219/3![]()
Lol, yes but these couple of games against Kenia and Bangladesh was the perfect timebut again the selectors fail us

Yep, we should use as many "A" players as possible.
Boucher, Kallis and the other players with 200+ ODI's should be left out of those games. It's pointless putting them in the side.
+1
But atleast we did play to new guys yesterday (both bowlers) in the pro 20 against bangl.
Gibbs sent home from SA squad

In hot water
Johannesburg - Proteas' opening batsman Herschelle Gibbs has been sent home after breaking a team curfew on the evening before Wednesday's Pro20 international against Bangladesh.
He will take no part in the three-match ODI series against the same opponents which starts at Potchefstroom's Senwes Park on Friday.
The selectors have decided not to replace him in what now becomes a 13-man squad and it is likely that Justin Ontong will open the batting with Hashim Amla until such time as Graeme Smith becomes available again.
“Herschelle's behaviour is unacceptable in the context of team discipline,” commented national coach Mickey Arthur.
Team manager Dr Mohammed Moosajee said that in terms of his CSA national contract Gibbs would be required to attend an alcohol rehabilitation course.
“We are not trying to punish Herschelle but rather to help him,” commented Moosajee. “He has been under a lot of pressure lately, notably from the publicity surrounding his recent divorce. It is clear that he has developed a problem that needs to be addressed.
“Herschelle can rely on the full support of CSA to get his life back on an even keel again. He still has a lot to offer South African cricket and his many fans but this has to be done in line with team structures and disciplines.”
Gibbs asked the Media to respect his privacy at this time.
Agreed, he's been sort of on the peripheral for some time now but he's never really grabbed the opportunities afforded him, with both hands. He's a very sharp fielder and an aggressive batsman, very effective at provincial level but not international class...I do not rate Ontong anyhigher than a gr2 girls cricketer.... He is freaking useless.

I hope Duminey gets some more game time and he should bowl a bit more.
