Cricket: Test Cricket

Finally..

Steyn to Siddle, OUT, 150 wickets from 30 Tests! Steyn bursts into tears after Siddle tickles a shorter off cutter through to Boucher, capping a wonderful Test match, ten wickets and a fifty
PM Siddle c wicketkeeperBoucher b Steyn 6 (18b 0x4 0x6) SR: 33.33
Australia lead by 182 runs

Australia 394 & 247 (84.2 ov)

I say we are going to bowl the aussies out for under 250 and win the second test :). Although Hayden is due for an epic innings :).

So far spot on.. assuming u meant close to 250, and hayden failed again

Hope the weather plays with tho, saw this earlier..

"Here's a twist - weather forecast for Melb tomorrow: "Cloudy. The chance of thunderstorms during the morning. Areas of rain easing to isolated showers by the afternoon. Winds northwesterly averaging up to 30 km/h tending southwesterly up to 45 km/h during the morning".

Woot Woot go boys :), yea hayden i think needs to retire, good test batsmen but i think he is past it, problem is i think the aussies have run out of talent in bowling and batting where as we have so much talent coming through.

I don't even think the old choking SA could throw this away, 153 an entire day and 10 wickets in hand.

Impossible to lose this one :)

Great performance from the boys. I wonder what hayden is thinking now of his comments that steyn has to prove himself that he said before the series.

Hopefully that no ball wicket was just the piece of luck Mac needed.

i don't think we have ever had this much luck in one series ever, but as they say, you make you own luck! its so good waking up in the morning and watching the aussies getting absolutely stuffed, makes the day so much easier to get through.

those with out pvr may be outta luck, the game will probably be over by the time you wake up :D

Australia is sooo screwed right now. Does anyone know when the last time was that we actually won a test match against them? I remember it being late 90's or so?

well before last week, it was in 94 when we defended something like 116 and won by about 5 runs, but, that series was a draw 1-1, hopefully we klap these aussies 3-0 in their own back yard

You guys oughta be pretty excited - looks like Biffy's boys are going to wrap the Aussie leg of the series.

Well done, they deserve it.
