How many does he have. The way he makes it sound like it's a farm.

I don't know - I think it's still a work in progress and the aim, if I recall correctly, is 100 rigs.

Edit: Think I'll make him some business signage for his warehouse - "Thorassic Park".

Not really mining related, but earlier this year I invested in an ICO. They issued BCAP token which is now worth x2.5 more than at the offering. I withdrew the BCAP from their site 'Tokenhub' to Jaxx - BCAP about 8 days ago, the notification that the transfer was made came through this morning but it does not reflect in Jaxx.

BCAP works on the ether network and etherscan.io shows the withdrawal as a transfer (as opposed to a transaction) and on etherscan.io you can also view the balance of your address, which is the correct amount of BCAP withdrawn in my case. I use the same address that appears in Jaxx of course but Jaxx shows a 0 balance (and no transactions). etherscan.io also shows that the transfer was made 8 days ago (bearing in mind the notification from Tokenhub came through only this morning).

Should I just wait a bit longer or could there be a problem with BCAP support in Jaxx ? Also, should Jaxx fail to pick up the balance, is the BCAP still accessible somehow given that I have the BCAP address and the correct balance is showing on etherscan.io ?

I have used the same Jaxx wallet with success for bitcoin and ETH.

There is a reset option in Jaxx that usually solves this issue.

Anyone mining Pascal on Nanopool? I had it run for about two hours, and it was processing just fine, but my stats do the show anything, thought maybe someone else have the same issue?

Also, anyone have any issue with nVidia driver 382.33 crashing? Mine does... often. Going to roll back a version and see if it helps.

382.53 is latest driver [I think]. I updated yesterday. No issues with 17 continuous mining hours on it thus far.

Adding the new batch, even the 1070s are hard to come by so we install in batches, once all 3 sites are up and running at full capacity I'll post some pictures on PW.

We should consider forming a myBB mining co-op. Each make a contribution and a dedicated person/s to build a small farm. Profits divided proportionality. Would probably work out cheaper for all invested parties with buying in bulk.

Would something like this work?

I've done some measuring of power draw at the wall for my system with a single 1070, for those who might be interested.

I think there is a lot of focus on hash rates, and how fast one can mine, but its also equally important to factor in one's costs.

Considering that the 1070's are now considered best in class for ETH mining, the below is for your reference,

Nvidia GTX 1070 is rated at 150 Watt TDP

System Idle (GPU unplugged) - 0.25 Amp / 57.5 Watt

System Load (GPU plugged-in) - 0.78 Amp / 179 Watt 75% Power Target

System Load (GPU plugged-in) - 0.92 Amp / 211 Watt 100% Power Target

GPU Usage - 121.5 Watt 75% Power Target

GPU Usage - 153.5 Watt 100% Power Target

In terms of ETH mining, for those of you who use Nanopool... They have some extensive reporting for your wallet address, but I am uncertain which indicator on their graph is the "real world" one??

I consistently hit 30 Mh/sec on a 1070, yet when I check the stats they are looking really weird...
