Thx for the reply.I got two emails from podio indicating the cancellation process. Last one effective 31 May 2018.
I switched to the cw network yesterday, just to see what happens. It started out OK, but by early evening it was very slow. After switching to my backup account, "(read as new improved capped main account)", everything got better.
I am very disappointed about how things turned out, but maybe it is for the better. I pay now more than half less than what I used too, for same amount of usage.
Seems I will have to contact support again..
