Yes, but never seem to receive these emails. Unless I am missing something. But at least by now, the Portal should be sorted.

Same problem I have.

Just don't seem to get some emails from them.

But invoices always arrive...
 
I'm more concerned with the data usage report. I religiously check that emails to see how my usage is going.
 
Crawling... 1MB on a 10MB Uncapped. I just wish we could have transparency instead of these excuses that don't make sense, going on 3 weeks now. I usually hate it when people ask for a refund on a service not delivered but 3 to 5 hours daily x 30 days = a lot of hours where I didn't get the service I paid for. It's a Sunday evening, I would like to stream something... I don't need 10MB at 4am on a Monday morning. So you can't give me my speed when I need it most... what's the point then?
 
Currently getting 7Mbps to Vienna, 190ms ping. Been having very good latency HotS for the last two days, solid 165ms versus three days ago where it randomly started spiking to 200ms (during 8-10pm). Currently syncing at 8.1Mbps due to Telkom digging holes for fiber and dropping my SNR.

Hope PE improves quickly.
