Log this with support. There are many experiencing the same thing, incl. myself.
 
Yep, speeds plunked and sites are hanging. I'm getting pretty irritated with this account this week .....

Yes, a router reset fixed it. I've had to do that several times in the last few weeks, but I wasn't sure where the main issue was. I'll have to bring it up with tech support later today.
 
Yeah, speeds are bad atm as well as latency on the 3rd hop which is IS.

have had that issue for a few weeks now and am still playing that fun "no it's Telkom - no it's ISP" game between CW and Telkom ......
 
speed may be back a bit but packet loss and stuff still godawful .....

I got a quote for R4000/month for 10 Mbps fibre from CW, surely that's wrong?

Looking at their site:
Frogfoot: R499
Openserve is the same as ADSL: R999
Vumatel is 4 or 20Mbps, no 10, but 20Mbps: R679

That's for FTTH.

It's for our company. 10 Mbps ADSL is fine for us, not paying more for the same speed. Madness.
