It's for our company. 10 Mbps ADSL is fine for us, not paying more for the same speed. Madness.
That's R799: https://crystalweb.co.za/product-business-premium-uncapped.html

DFA is installing outside the building and adding a "box" in the building. That's fiber and I am assuming that's due to trenching/install etc. and we don't know the distance/type of ground that has to be covered.
EDIT: Wait, that's the R5.5k.
Something strange with that quote, go ask CW if they're sure.
EDIT2: And as Sinbad said, no clue, I don't keep track of business accounts, it just seems strange if it were OpenServe fiber. Not sure how the other fiber providers offerings go.
Oh please, how much do you download on your home account?Business has completely different sla, contention etc
Go with the home one then, the speed and volume will be fine, but the difference is that you can't hold them accountable for losses due to service outageOh please, how much do you download on your home account?
No ways will we pay that. ADSL works fine for us at a fraction of the cost. But there is fibre so I thought I'd ask.

If there's fibre there, yes.Like ADSL.
Maybe I chose the wrong option on their website. I went to CW@WORK, REGISTER FOR FREE QUOTE, and that's what I ended up with.
Perhaps there should be more guidance during that process.
We're not running mission critical servers at our office, it's just for general internet access. The odd downtime isn't the end of the world as we have 3G as a backup.
Would they install a "home" product at "work"?

SLA means everything to a business that is internet driven and that's what you ultimately pay for.
Yeah, guess I'm in ADSL mode where Business ADSL means better performance but no SLA.
Reckon you've got local issues:no man, this packet loss and speed thing is crazy, even worse this morning![]()
