Crystal Web DSL performance feedback thread Part 4...

Ping spikes all evening in gaming, switched to AH and everything is fine again. I thought this was supposed to be fixed now?
 
Hi there, I am trying to reach the billing department. I have e-mailed them and I have phoned too, but it stays engaged. I made a mistake with my payment (hasty typing on SnapScan :-( ). Can you please assist?

My connection seems fine. Worst case I'm missing a few MB/s but otherwise things are smooth. Can't believe Crystal Web has become like this though. Abysmal communication is worse than abysmal performance in my opinion.

Definitely agree. Some updates here and there would make this whole thing much more bearable. I can't play on EU servers at the moment, ping is all over the place.
 
Just curious, which games are you guys seeing this on? I'v seen complaints about bad ping to eu on here but i haven't experienced it myself on rocket league, player unknowns or even quake champions.

I can see it in TF2, D3 and when I just run speed tests to London, Berlin, Munich, Belgium, France etc.
 
An Incident Update Has Been Posted
All work in Kwa-Zulu Natal is complete. Work in Western Cape and Gauteng progressed last night and we are seeing far improved performance across the board. We will be making further changes in Gauteng tonight (6 June 2017) at 23:00 and further work in Western Cape will also be taking place over the next few weeks to iron out any latent issues, as we begin to saturate the new links and equipment.

Anyone else in KZN having the same issues as last week all of a sudden? Whole day was fine until 30mins odd ago. Now it's all IS and AH in the bin all over again
